Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Continuum monitoring services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

Continuum provides infrastructure monitoring services including server status monitoring, alerting, and dashboard visualization.

3. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for providing accurate server IP addresses
• You must ensure your servers are accessible for monitoring
• You are responsible for maintaining security on your own servers
• You must keep your API key secure

4. Service Level

• Uptime Target: 99.5% for monitoring service
• Alert Delivery: Within 2 minutes of status change
• Support Response: Within 24 hours

5. Limitations of Liability

Continuum is NOT liable for server downtime, data loss, network outages, or client-side configuration errors. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.

6. Fees and Payment

Setup fees are one-time, non-refundable. Monthly fees are billed in advance. No refunds for partial months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice.
